Insurance Specialist - Retail Banking

Our client, a Hong Kong-based Retail bank, is seeking a Insurance Specialist to join their Retail Banking.

You will be responsible for conducting bancassurance sales at bank branches to meet the assigned business targets for bancassurance.

Job Description

• Proactively strengthen relationships with existing and potential clients to achieve business goals.
• Identify and acquire new business opportunities to enhance relationships with current and prospective clients within the target market segment.
• Support branch relationship managers in managing their customer portfolios and assist in resolving any portfolio-related issues.
• Collaborate with branch and district managers to develop and implement business plans and marketing strategies for wealth management services aimed at banking clients.
• Foster strong relationships with clients to expand the high-net-worth client base.
• Provide customized advice and regular reviews for clients, along with post-sales support.
• Achieve sales targets for financial products aimed at consumer banking clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree holder with passes in IIQE Papers 1, 3, and 5.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the insurance or banking industry, demonstrating a proven track record in financial planning.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Strong customer sales abilities and effective relationship-building skills with branch staff.
• Flexible and adaptable to working in a bank branch environment.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
