Channel Sales Manager, Telecommunication


My client is a leading Telecommunication within APAC. Due to their expansion in Hong Kong, they are seeking for a Channel Sales Manager to join the sales team to cater their growth strategy.


Job Responsibilities

  • Achieve the assigned sales target through the partnership with the signed Business Partners such as System Integrators and IT Distributors.
  • Establish and maintain close relationship with the assigned partners, source potential partners and generate marketing programs with partners to stimulate the sales revenue.
  • Initiate cooperation programs with business partners for promoting services such as MPLS-VPN, IPLC, IEPL, internet connectivity services (e.g. DIA, Broadband, Hosting, and etc.), network security services, cloud computing and customized solutions to corporate and enterprise customers
  • Provide training to business partner
  • Introduce partner solutions to Company which can facilitate Sales Team’s winning chance.
  • Collect market information and feedback to product and marketing team.


Job Requirements

  • Degree holder in Computer Science, Electronics or equivalent qualification is preferred
  • Minimum 3+ years relevant sales experience in IT or Telecommunications industry with proven track record
  • Knowledge on channel management is an added advantage.
  • With corporate sales experience in System Integration Company will be an advantage.
  • Sound knowledge in selling MPLS-VPN, IPLC, IEPL, internet connectivity services.
  • Innovative, good interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Positive mindset and result-oriented. Be able to work independently, self-motivated and a good team player.
  • Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
