Treasury Operations – Manager


 Responsibilities
  • Ensure the daily operations workflows are implemented and executed in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Ensure the operating procedures are adhered to regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Liaison with both internal and external partners, such as trustees and service providers to ensure seamless running of daily operations.
  • Ensure all operation issues are solved in timely manner.
  • Provide support on new products and new businesses.
  • Assist in reviewing and updating various operations policies and procedures on a consistent basis.
  • Responsible for system enhancement and any other ad hoc projects.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in business, finance or related disciplines.
  • Knowledge and experience in Treasury Operation is a must.
  • Minimum 8 years of operations experience in Financial Institutions, with in-depth knowledge in Treasury Operations.
  • Strong investment product knowledge, in ETF/QDII/RQFII is an advantage.
  • Knowledge on Excel and VBA Macro is an advantage.
  • Project experience, especially on system enhancement and development is an advantage.
  • Understanding of the full cycle of middle/back office functions is preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin in terms of both written and verbal communication skills.
