Associate Director of process improvement


Responsibilities:

Our client is one of the Life insurer in the market. They are currently finished the global restructuring and now establishing a new team of business analyst. This position is the team head that act as liaison between Life Operation end-users and IT Application Teams. The team is primarily responsible for identifying business requirements, UAT, preparing user manual, reviewing functional specification and conducting user training.


Requirements:

  • Over 12 years of experience in insurance and/or Banking and finance sectors
  • Possess extensive knowledge of business processes in Life Insurance industry
  • Solid experience that working as Business analyst in insurance company
  • Candidates from consulting environment that serving insurance sector are also welcome.
