Team Executive Assistant - Global Private Equity - $50K


Summary

Our client is one of the world’s leading PE firm with over $300 billion in assets under management. They are currently seeking for a business savvy Team Assistant to join the Investor Relation team of 4 people (all expats).


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for executive secretarial duties and administrative support including daily management for business routines
  • Provide full spectrum of support by arranging and coordinating intensive travel schedule, business meeting, conference and appointments.
  • Monthly reconciliation of professionals’ expenses
  • Prepare various reports, correspondences, expense reimbursement, prepare minutes and presentation materials.
  • Be a good liaison with different department.

 
Requirements:

  • Degree holder with at least 7 years relevant experience and supported senior management gained from private equity and asset management firm.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
  • Flexible and people oriented, reliable and discreet with excellent analytical, interpersonal and multitasking skills.
  • Highly motivated, responsible and able to work under pressure independently.
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
