Job description
Our client is a recognized developer with renowned portfolio. Deep-rooted in Hong Kong, an opportunity has arisen for technical management professional to lead their team.
We are now seeking for Assistant Technical Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Account for full spectrum of technical services and building management duties
Manage A&A project pipeline to ensure strict compliance to statutory requirement and timely manner
Analyse tender and evaluate contractors’ performance
Liaise with the senior management to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Offer design and technical support for planning on new development
Responsible for budget cost control in maintenance and capital project
QUALIFICATIONS
Tertiary educated in mechanical, electrical engineering, building service or equivalent disciplines
At least 6 years of technical and facilities management experiences with proven track record for residential and commercial portfolio
Membership of professional qualification is a plus to this role
A natural leader with strong problem-solving capabilities
Excellent communications and organizational abilities
