Position Overview:
The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to expand our market presence in the food services/ F&B sectors. This role involves managing relationships with HORECA channels ensuring that our products are effectively promoted and sold.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement channel sales strategies to achieve sales targets and market growth across HORECA channels
• Identify and establish relationships with key accounts and food service operators.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create promotional materials and campaigns tailored to channel partners.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Train and support channel partners to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to promote products and network with potential partners.
• Resolve any issues related to channel sales, including pricing, product availability, and customer service.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in channel sales or HORECA (hotels, restaurants, club house) preferably within the food services or FMCG industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
