Job description
Our client is a global MLM company specialize in wellness and beauty products. They are seeking an customer service talent to join the team
Job Responsibilities:
- Engage potential customers by answering inquiries about products and services and providing information on other offerings.
- Create customer accounts by accurately recording account details.
- Keep customer records up to date by maintaining account information.
- Manage financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
- Address product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints, identifying the root cause, and recommending effective solutions; ensure timely follow-up to confirm resolution.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve related goals and objectives.
- Undertake any ad hoc projects as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Preferably, prior experience in a related field.
- Ability to thrive under pressure.
- Proficient in English and fluent in Putonghua is essential.
- Customer-focused with a friendly and engaging personality.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and sales presentation skills.
- Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing.
- Willingness to work shifts, including occasional weekends and public holidays.
- Immediate availability is a plus.
