Executive Director, Project Development

Job description

We are now seeking for Executive Director - Project Development.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from conception to completion
• Develop and implement project strategies that align with organizational objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and resource allocation with both internal and external stakeholders
• Acts as core member of senior management team to design the strategic initiatives and upcoming project planning
• Foster relationships with stakeholders, including partners, regulatory bodies and vendors
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful outcomes
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation in project development.
• Fully conversant with projects' strategic planning functions and detailed works scheduling to identify the project pipeline

QUALIFICATIONS

• Tertiary educated in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or related disciplines
• At least 18 years of project management experiences with proven track record preferably in urban planning field
• Proven experience collaborating with statutory bodies, public sector organizations, or property developers is highly advantageous
• In-depth knowledge of government procedures and compliance requirements
• Professional membership in AP is highly preferred
• High proficiency in strategic planning and problem solving abilities
• A resilient leader with strong leadership qualities, exceptional communication skills and people management capabilities
• Results driven, self-initiative and excellent business acumen
• Candidates with Greater China experiences are welcomed
