Job description
Responsibilities
- Monitor financial performances and perform in-depth variance analysis to make recommendations to management
- Work closely with finance colleagues on annual budget and quarterly forecasts
- Provide value-added analysis and financial modelling to support the growth of the overall business including the evaluation of current and new business activities
- Liaise and coordinate with stakeholders on ad-hoc assignments
- Assist the team in driving effective and efficient financial processing and management reporting
Requirement
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines with recognised accounting qualification
- At least 8 years experience in proprerty industry with strong knowledge of financial planning and analysis
- Experience working in organisations with diverse operations/ dealing with multiple stakeholders is beneficial
- Good business acumen and strategic thinking with strong analytical ability
- Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation and being a good team player
- Excellent communication skills in English and preferably Cantonese and Putonghua
- Good computer literacy in using Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Working knowledge of SAP is a plus
