Our client is an internationally renowned law firm, highly recognized for its funds practice. To further strengthen its growing Funds team, the firm seeks a 3-5 PQE lawyer with prior funds experience to join their Hong Kong office.
You will Engage in high-profile, complex transactions involving funds work, including fund formation, structuring, restructuring, and maintenance of various open and closed-end funds (hedge funds, private equity, venture capital, etc.). This role offers client-facing opportunities and the chance to build your career both internationally and domestically.
Qualifications:
- Admitted in a common law jurisdiction.
- Experience working in a Funds practice.
- Strong academic background and stable career record.
- Excellent drafting and analytical skills.
