Job description
A well-known organization is looking for a Head of HR to support the full spectrum of HR duties.
You will be leading a small team to be responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions from payroll to day-to-day HR operational work
Providing guidance to your team and helping streamline and drive process improvements
Working with different HR teams in different counties and providing HQ support and advice to them
Work closely with Senior stakeholders to influence and support on their needs to drive business success
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of solid experience and team management experience is compulsory
Well versed in HK and PRC Labour Ordinance
Hands on and willing to roll up your sleeves to guide and mentor your team members to develop them to their full potential
Fluency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua is compulsory
