Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment efforts and support recruitment programs.
  • Manage logistics for new hires and departing employees.
  • Ensure accurate records and filings in HR systems.
  • Aid in MPF and benefits administration.
  • Support the administration of training programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree holder.
  • At least two years of Human Resources experience.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese; knowledge of Putonghua is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attentive to detail, conscientious, approachable, and enthusiastic.
