Job description

Our client is a listed company with a strong presence around the world. They are now actively looking for an experienced HR manager with a focus on total rewards to join their team here in Hong Kong.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the total rewards team in all HR related matters to support business growth.

  • Responsible for advising best practice for all business units.

  • Take initiative to evaluate any reward schemes and offer advice on key subjects and influence stakeholders.

  • Assess the effectiveness of current programs in line with company business objectives and implement change where necessary.

  • Manage annual compensation review to include updating salary bands, merit budget recommendations and bonus plan costing across all countries and region.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or above and a minimum of 8 years’ experience in Human Resources is required.

  • Expertise in managing multiple projects is essential for this role.

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders are key to success.

  • Proven skills of functioning very independently to deliver results in a multi-tasking and dynamic environment.

  • Strong project management, analytical, organizational skills are in need.
