Our client, a leading financial institution firm, is looking for a Credit Card Product Manager to join their expanding team.



Key Responsibilities


Product Strategy: Develop and implement the product vision and strategy for credit card offerings.
Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, compliance, and operations teams to ensure successful product delivery and performance.
Performance Monitoring: Analyze product performance metrics and customer feedback to inform ongoing improvements and enhancements.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all products comply with applicable regulations and industry standards.



Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the financial services or credit card industry.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
