About the Role:
Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for the jewelry brand, aligning with business objectives and brand guidelines.
Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, trends, and competitive landscape in the jewelry industry.
Collaborate with the design team to create compelling marketing materials, including product catalogs, brochures, digital content, and advertisements.
Manage and optimize the brand's online presence, including the website, social media channels, and e-commerce platforms.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, such as print, digital, social media, email marketing, and events.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, key metrics, and ROI to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
Build and maintain relationships with media partners, influencers, and industry professionals to maximize brand exposure and secure strategic partnerships.
Work closely with the sales team to develop sales support materials, promotional strategies, and incentive programs to drive revenue growth.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing platforms, and provide recommendations for innovative marketing initiatives.
Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and tracking expenses.
About the Candidate:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or a similar role, experience in jewelry industry is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of the luxury goods market, customer experience, customer behavior, and current jewelry trends.
Excellent understanding of marketing principles, including branding, positioning, and customer segmentation.
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels.
Proficient in digital marketing techniques and platforms, including social media, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and the ability to develop compelling brand stories.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights and measure campaign performance.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey brand messages to different target audiences.
Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
