Job description
Responsibilities:
Maintain event schedule and efficiently plan brand activities.
Create work schedules, assign tasks, and allocate resources to achieve objectives.
Assist on budget management
Work with internal and external event planning teams to define objectives and strategies.
Plan projects, research venues and target markets, secure services, and coordinate materials.
Negotiate with providers for cost-effective services.
Manage event procurement, including catering, audio-visuals, security, and logistics.
Supervise personnel, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure alignment with goals.
Troubleshoot and address issues during events.
Collaborate with CRM and store teams to promote events and gather accurate data.
Conduct post-event analysis and incorporate lessons learned.
Arrange travel logistics for participants.
Requirements:
Degree or diploma in business, marketing, communications, art and design, or related field.
2 years of event management or related experience.
Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Excellent communication and computer skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
