The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the administration and coordination of training programs and courses, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the administrative aspects of training programs and courses.
- Develop and maintain course schedules and timetables.
- Collaborate internally and externally to ensure effective program delivery.
- Handle inquiries, registration, and support.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies for training programs.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to course administration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or related field.
- 3 years+ experience in course coordination, administration, or a similar role.
- Experience in designing, organizing, and/or evaluating training programs preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
