Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management, to ensure alignment and support for project initiatives.
• Execution: Oversee the execution of projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project impact.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and any issues encountered.
• Collaboration: Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, compliance, and marketing, to drive project success.
• Continuous Improvement: Evaluate project outcomes and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum of five years of project management experience in a banking or financial services environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
