Job description

Our client seeking for a highly skilled and motivated Digital Solution Architect to join them. As a Digital Solution Architect, you will have the exciting opportunity to work in a diverse and dynamic environment with exposure to the APAC region. You will be responsible for various functions, including ecommerce website creation and maintenance, CRM platform management, vendor coordination, technical liaisons with brand principles, staff management, and exploring new digital and IT-related tools or platforms.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Research and Explore New Digital:

  • Stay up to date with the latest digital and IT-related tools, platforms, and technologies.

  • Conduct research, evaluate options, and make recommendations for new tools.

  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement and integrate new solutions.

 

In-house developed CRM Platform enhancement:

  • Manage the group's CRM platform and work closely with local CRM teams in each market within the APAC region.

  • Coordinate efforts to ensure consistent customer experiences and effective communication strategies.

  • Utilize data analytics to identify customer insights and drive targeted marketing campaigns.

 

Ecommerce Website Revamp:

  • Lead the planning, development, and maintenance of our ecommerce websites.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless user experiences, optimal functionality, and attractive design.

  • Stay updated on emerging industry trends and implement best practices to enhance our online presence.

 

Vendor Management and Coordination:

  • Take charge of vendor relationships, including web development agencies, hosting platforms, and technology partners.

  • Evaluate vendor performance, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely project delivery.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project requirements and achieve successful outcomes.

Staff Management for full stack development:

  • Lead and manage a team of front-end and back-end developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.

  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment, encouraging innovation and professional growth.

  • Conduct performance evaluations and identify training needs to build a talented and motivated team.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 years’ working experience with project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proven experience in ecommerce website creation and maintenance, preferably in an international or APAC context

  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms, customer lifecycle management, and marketing automation

  • Familiarity with vendor management, contract negotiations, and coordination of external resources

  • Technical aptitude and the ability to communicate effectively with various teams in different markets.

  • Passion for exploring new digital and IT-related tools and platforms to drive innovation.
