Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the regional legal function, offering strategic counsel to senior leadership.
- Handle legal matters including compliance, corporate governance, contracts, and regulatory affairs.

- Provide expert advice on intricate transactions such as M&A, joint ventures, and investment projects.
Qualifications:
- A Hong Kong-qualified lawyer with a minimum of 15 years of post-qualification experience (PQE), including at least 6 years in an in-house legal capacity.
- Expertise in corporate law, regulatory matters, and joint ventures.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing a lean team of legal professionals.
- Exceptional analytical and communication abilities.
- Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
