Regional Manager - Facilities Services

Job description

Our client would like to invite the committed calibre to join their regional team.

We are now seeking for Regional Manager - Facilities Services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leading the team of professionals for full spectrum of facilities management and corporate services
• Account for the office enhancement and capital works
• Responsible for the strategic planning of annual budget and workflow
• Review and monitor the vendors' performances to promote the quality excellence initiatives
• Offer professional and value-added advice to senior management for sustainability and energy efficiency measures
• Work closely with regional teams to develop and maintain the standards and procedures to ensure strict compliance

QUALIFICATIONS

• Tertiary educated in Facilities Management or related disciplines
• At least 9 years of solid office and facilities management experiences with proven track record in sizable corporation
• Regional exposure is a plus to this role
• Corporate member of any professional bodies is highly preferred
• Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management
• Results driven, self-initiative, excellent in problem solving skills
