Job description
Our client, a foreign asset manager, is looking for a Type 1 RO to join their expanding team.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the SFC license application and setting up operations for the firm
Act as a RO and supervise SFC regulated activities of the firm
Ensure firm complies with laws, regulations and standards of good market practice
Liaise with SFC in compliance related matters
Requirements:
Hold valid SFC RO Type 1 license – preference given to unconditional Ros
Sound knowledge of SFO, regulations and guidelines
Understanding of investment management firms
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
