About the Role:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive wholesale strategy to expand market reach and increase sales.
- Identify and establish new wholesale distribution channels to maximize product exposure and market penetration.
- Manage existing wholesale accounts and partnerships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create promotional campaigns and initiatives to drive wholesale sales.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with wholesale partners to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Monitor and track sales performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of wholesale strategies and initiatives.
- Lead a team of wholesale professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
About the Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in wholesale management, distribution channels, and partnership development.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Excellent negotiation and analytical skills to drive profitable wholesale agreements.
- Demonstrated track record of success in driving revenue growth through wholesale channels.
- Knowledge of market trends and industry best practices in wholesale operations.
