Senior Finance Manager

Client:

Our client is a global company with subsidiaries across the globe. To cope with rapid growth of the business, they are now recruiting for a Senior Accounting Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a sizable team to drive the group financial and management reporting in accordance to corporate standards
• Handle annual audit and interim review, prepare audit schedules, and liaise with external auditors
• Review statutory accounts and tax computations, and handle tax related matters
• Work closely with operation departments and business units on accounting and tax issues, and provide advice on policies, procedures and internal controls
• Work closely with management team on new company strategic initiatives
• Perform risk assessment on overall group's operation as well as implementing risk control policies and procedures
• Lead finance system projects' implementation, help digitally transform finance function to achieve operational excellence

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• Qualified Accountant with combination of over 10 - 15 years of external audit and in-house accounting experiences
• Sound knowledge on accounting standards & taxation regulations
• Exposure in SAP system implementation would be a plus
• Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive with strong business acumen
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
