Senior Manager – Property Development

Job description

​We are partnering with a market leading property developer to invite a committed and self-motivated real estate talent to join their established team.

We are now seeking Senior Manager – Property Development.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and formulate the property development strategies in Hong Kong

• Responsible for feasibility studies and prepare the report to top management

• Collect market insights and intelligence to identify business initiatives

• Develop sales and marketing campaigns for new build portfolio

• Assist in exercising projects for property development and asset enhancement plans

• Account for sales and marketing materials for Hong Kong first-hand residential properties, staying abreast on market dynamics and industry trends

• Closely liaison with internal and external stakeholders to support the implementation of new business strategies

REQUIREMENTS

• Tertiary educated in surveying, real estate, marketing or related disciplines

• Possess a minimum of 10 years of practical experience for residential market, preferably with leading property developers in Hong Kong.

• Familiarity with The Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance.

• Forward-thinking, self-motivated and excellent communications skills

• Extensive exposure in full cycle of property enhancement and re-development
