Job description
A regional role with a leading Investment Bank. The candidate will be involved in developing back-end & front-end solutions for business processes for operations & reporting.
Job duties:
- Develop solutions for front-end (Angular) & back-end (Java)
- Define technical specs and review ongoing technical design and effectiveness
- System testing, code review and support
- Production support, incident review and ongoing enhancement for solutions
- Support integration of data solutions and process automation
The candidate:
- Degree holder in a relevant discipline (Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, Software Development etc)
- Prior experience in Financial Services, preferably with exposure to operations (Reporting/ Risk/ Compliance/ Finance)
- At least 6 years of experience in hands on Back-end & Front-end development
- Solid knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, RESTful API, Angular, JavaScript, CSS
- Experience with process automation will be an advantage
- Attention to detail, analytical & able to work under pressure
- Strong command of English, with Mandarin & Cantonese speaking a plus
