Team Lead - Facilities Management

Job description

Our client is inviting committed and self-motivated engineering talents to join their established team.

We are now seeking for Team lead - Facilities Management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leading the team of professionals for full spectrum of building management services
• Account for the A&A and capital works for the building services systems
• To prepare and control technical budget and responsible for the tracking and control of expenses
• Review and monitor the vendors' performances to promote the quality excellence initiatives
• Offer professional and value-added advice to senior management for sustainability and energy efficiency measures
• Develop and maintain the standards and procedures to ensure strict compliance

QUALIFICATIONS

• Tertiary educated in Building Services, Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
• At least 9 years of solid property and facilities management experiences with proven track record in repair and maintenance works
• REW C0 holder or above
• Experiences with power supply enhancement projects is a definite advantage
• Corporate member of any professional bodies is highly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to resolve the site issues and manage a sizable team
• Results driven, self-initiative, excellent in communications abilities
