Human Resources Specialist (C&B Focus) up to $350K p.a


Summary:

Our client is a top tier US firm, they are currently seeking for a HR Specialist to join their HR department in Hong Kong.


Responsibilities:

You will be reporting to the HR Manager in a team of 3 with the following key responsibilities:

  • To handle full spectrum of HR functions including benefits and compensations, recruitment and selection, payroll, manpower and budget planning, training and development to assure in line with company objectives and business goal.
  • To formulate and implement HR policies / practices / procedures to comply with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance.
  • Review employees’ performance to enhance and improve the engagement and communication between organization and employees.
  • Assist in ad hoc assignment as required.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum of  3-4 years of HR experience
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • HRIS experience, preferably PeopleSoft and Kronos Timekeeper, a plus 
  • Experience in payroll processing  and visa registrations
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, related legislations and HR practices.
