Product Manager, Game Operations

 My Client is US Mobile Gaming Company focus on Casino and Gambling style games.. Due to their expansion in their portfolio of free-to-play apps, they are seeking for a Product Manager – Game Operations to join their rapidly growing studio a responsible for the day-to-day operations and player enjoyment of their game.

Job Duties:

  • Leading the game operations discipline; create a compelling and well-paced, varied and fun live-game experience for their players.
  • Work with business intelligence, game economist, customer service, marketing, product development to optimize the game.
  • Examine live-game metrics; develop recommendations and action changes through A/B testing.
  • Take feedback from game-operations and create requirements for new features.
  • Coordinate between various disciplines across the company to create cohesive understanding, problem-solve and align resources.
  • Drive projects forward in a fast-pace, analytical environment where feedback is gathered quickly and used to improve the product
  • Work closely with and manage the efforts of a cross-functional live-game team including artists, economy designer, engineers, and technical artists and marketing to deliver a fantastic live-game experience.
  • Continually improve our production practices and efficiency.

Job Requirements:

  • With 3+ years operating mobile or web products; game design/game economy experience a plus.
  • Strong track-record of using different monetization and engagement techniques to improve operational KPIs for games or other consumer products.
  • Intuition for great player experiences and communication; can balance player experiences in different parts of the life-cycle.
  • Excellent project management skills; ability to handle multiple projects at the same time and prioritize in a fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent communication skills; able to communicate clearly with all teams in the company, including creative, engineering, QA and marketing/UA;
  • Great customer service skills and experience; able to communicate appropriately and address various customer service issues.
  • Experience developing localized products.
  • Major plus to be well-versed in: SQL, Ruby, Python, Unity, C# and/or JavaScript
