Administration Manager – Corporate Event Management


As a leader of global conglomerate with a successful business and multicultural working environment; our client is currently looking for an energetic Administration Manager/ Event Coordinator to join regional office here in Hong Kong. Report to HR & Admin Director, lead and supervise a small team to perform full spectrum of office administration and corporate event duties.


  • Accountable for the formulation and execution of external events
  • Handle entire project from idea generation, budgeting, logistic to execution
  • Identify potential opportunities to implement corporate events including seminars, conferences and networking events etc.
  • Act as the key contact point to liaise with external service providers
  • Manage all leasing and tenancy matters including tenancy administration, lease negotiations, handover of premise, fitting-out works, renovation and relocation projects
  • Review and formulate office manuals, administrative policies and procedures, safety and security rules
  • Prepare and control annual budgets and administrative expenses


  • Degree holder or above in Business Administration or related disciplines with at least 6 years' experience in sizable companies, of which at least 3 years at supervisory level
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Good leadership, time and project management and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills with good command in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
