Customer Service Officer (Shift duties)

 My client a global digital media solutions vendor is seeking to hire a Customer Service Officer to join their growing business.


  • Provide excellent customer service to existing clients with regards to their requests and to resolve their problems by providing appropriate digital media solutions within a timely manner as to maintain on-going customer loyalty
  • Manage the Content Management System (CMS) by updating clients’ information
  • Provide usage reports to clients


  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year customer servicing experience ideal in digital media industry
  • Past experience in managing Content Management Systems
  • Strong interest in digital media will be a great advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinese typing
  • Fluent communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is a must to handle client from different regions
  • Shift duties & stand-by required
