Human Resources Generalist - Beauty Group


Summary:

My client is a well known beauty group across APAC, is looking for a HR generalist to join their HK regional office. You work as a key member of the HR team; the incumbent will be responsible for providing day-to-day quality HR services.

  • Responsible for full spectrum of C&B functions in Hong Kong including but not limited to monthly payroll/commission/incentive calculation, cost allocation reports, pension contributions, tax filing and medical insurance administration in a quality and timely manner
  • Participate in C&B related projects, such as incentive programs, retirement plans and benefits renewal
  • You will work closely with the business to provide one-stop professional HR services including but not limited to end-to-end recruitment, staff services, staff engagement activities, as well as support other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
  • Manage employee benefits programmes for Hong Kong office on benefit reviews, including pension scheme. Assist in salary surveys and market benchmarking, and HR projects implementation and roll-out.



Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related disciplines; with minimum 3 years or above relevant working experience as a HR Generalist from retail or FMCG industry;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, detail-minded, well-organized with strong sense of responsibility;
  • Good command of written English and Chinese is a must;
