Administrative Assistant – Marketing Support


Summary:

A world's leading property investment group with premium commercial and residential property interests across APAC; they are now looking for an Administration Assistant to join their marketing team in the regional office here in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the diary of Marketing Director – arranging travel arrangement and provide administrative support in order to assist VP to execute global initiatives.
  • Preparing presentation materials for regular management meetings
  • Maintain accurate and systematic filing system and documentation management.
  • Assist in coordinating large-scale of marketing events and exhibitions, private administration support on planning and executing marketing programs.
  • Prepare monthly budget and financial report including expenses claims related to business trips and departmental expenses
  • Support Marketing and Communications activities as required.

Requirements

  • Degree holder with at least 4 years of secretarial experience gained from MNC, property or hospitality industry.
  • A good team player, self starter, efficient and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
