General Manager (Hospitality) - Real Estate Developer

Directs, administers and coordinates business activities in accordance with policies, goals and objectives established by the Holding Company. Maintain optimum efficiency and economy of operations to maximize revenue for the hospitality brand. Develops strategic short and long-range plans to cover operations, sales, marketing, human resources, financial performance and future business development


  • Oversees and coordinates activities of all properties.
  • Confers with administrative personnel and reviews activity, operating and marketing reports to determine changes in programs or operations.
  • Directs preparation of directives from the Management to property teams outlining policy, program or operations changes to be implemented.
  • Establishes policies that promote company culture and vision
  • Ensures all properties entities achieve objectives and goals.
  • Evaluates financial and investment practices and recommends to Management of those practices which will produce greater efficiency and economy.
  • Prepares short-term and long-term business plans.
  • Prepares and manages operations budget.
  • Provides excellent guest service.


  • Proven experience as GM or above in the hospitality industry,
  • Minimum of Bachelor degree from accredited college or university
  • MBA (preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a General Manager or Senior VP for a hotel, casino or serviced apartment.
  • Knowledge of and experience in the area of strategic planning, new business development, acquisition and operation.
  • Sound business judgment.
  • Exceptional decision making skills.
