Senior L&D Officer – Property Developer


Summary:

Our client is a well known property development with corporate environment.  They are currently seeking for a passionate Learning & Development professional to join their regional office here in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

  • Working closely with HR Partners and key stakeholders to assess, design and develop solutions for staff in support of their growth and retention;
  • Support related initiatives to ensure the right solutions are in place to address relevant needs;
  • Extensive knowledge of Learning management system and platforms, including modules related to enhancing employee experience, on boarding and orientation, performance management and mobile learning;
  • Help manage and monitor company registered graduate of professional bodies
  • Facilitate or deliver people development and culture building programs, talks, workshops and activities in partnership with internal parties and external organizations.

Requirement:

  • Proven track record in program needs analysis and providing training solutions with the collaboration with HR and business units;
  • Experienced in presentation and facilitation in training activities and events;
  • Good knowledge of software applications, such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Prezi, video editing software;
  • Strong passion to engage in young talent development.
