Head of Business Unit – Pharmaceutical


Our client is one of the world's fastest growing healthcare organisations; it caters to a niche portfolio and is on a steep growth curve in Asia.  They are now seeking for a Head of Business unit to lead their sales & marketing team and direct report to the GM in Hong Kong..

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a sizable team and responsible for the control of sales & marketing of the company’s product portfolio.
  • Provided ongoing guidance for long range strategic tactics, controlled the P&L and worked on the continuous development of the team to strengthen the departmental capabilities.
  • Determined and defined market potential; create market development plan and ensure execution at the country level
  • Identified and supported product, therapy and sales force effectiveness training needs

 
Requirement:

  • Bachelor/ Master’s degree of Science or related field
  • At least 8- 10 years of solid sales & marketing working experience in multinational pharmaceuticals/ medical device companies. Prior experience in nutritional products would be a great advantage
  • Proven track record in maximizing profitability and market shares.
  • Skilled in people management, product launch and commercialization
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong business sense and organizational skills
  • Good command of Chinese English
