Head of Sales/Sales Director - FMCG


Our client is a global FMCG company with market leading brands .  Currently they are recruiting a Head of Sales/ Sales Director to lead the total sales business of the company.

This role is currently selecting candidates to 2nd round, but solid sales professionals are still advised to apply. 

Main Duties:

  • Manage the overall Sales business includes but not limited to budgets, customer terms and profitability for the assigned accounts
  • Responsible for all sales activities including customer business planning, new product introduction and promotion
  • Lead the sales team of 50+ in order to develop strong relationships with the new/existing clients and motivate them to develop new business opportunities
  • Plan and manage  channel/ sales strategies, manage both GT and KA and distributors in Hong Kong and Macao
  • Maximize the exposure to the potential market and identify new business opportunities by developing strategic partnerships

Requirements:

  • Degree holder
  • 15+ Years of sales experience within FMCG industry, preferably multinational
  • Excellent problem solving, communications and presentations skills
  • A proactive team player and able to work independently
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
