Administrative Assistant/Receptionist – 19K


Well established US PE firm with more 20 offices globally. Now they are expanding the Asia operation and on the look out of passionate Administrative Assistant/ Receptionist for the regional office here in Hong Kong.  This role will be suitable for an optimistic individual that experienced in MNC/ banking and professional services industry. It is a great opportunity to work in a multicultural working environment with westernized culture.


  • Handle calendars; consistently reviews calendar for changes, continually monitors and handles conflicts
  • Manage and facilitate the meeting room bookings as well as keeping the tidiness
  • Coordinate detailed travel reservations and oversees that changes or problems are resolved and communicated
  • Work collaboratively with the admin team; this includes acting as host / ambassador / concierge ensuring all needs are attended; perform daily opening and closing procedures to ensure office is presentable throughout the business day; answer phones, meet/greet visitors.
  • Assist with projects, event planning, meetings and other responsibilities that come your way
  • Arranging courier services, including incoming and outgoing mails.
  • Collecting and checking internal staffs’ expense claims to prepare monthly expenses report for Finance Department.


  • At least 2 years relevant working experiences in MNC, banking/financial institutions and other professional service firms.
  • Able to work independently with good time management and strong communication skills.
  • Presentable with pleasant and cheerful personality; customer-oriented, punchy, detail-minded and self initiative.
  • Very strong command in both spoken and written English and Cantonese
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Immediately available is preferred
