Inside Sales Manager, IT Vendor

My client is a leading global IT Vendor. Due to their expansion in Hong Kong, they are seeking an Inside Sales Manager to support their sales operation for their Hong Kong Sales Team.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage, motivate, and lead the inside sales representatives team
  • Be creative in the use of sales tools, metrics, and the like to keep the inside sales team ahead of plan.
  • Set, track, and correct sales targets for the team
  • Create and implement improvements in the sales process
  • Report on sales metrics and drive improvements
  • Create, own, and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
  • Research, discover, and implement methods to increase customer engagement
  • Ensure sales, finance and legal policies and procedures are met
  • Foster and embrace an open-communication environment for your team
  • Build teamwork with marketing, product, and field sales to maximize sales
  • Qualify and understand end-customer’s needs and requirements

Job requirement

  • Bachelors’ degree holder with at least 5+ years experience in Team Management of Inside Sales and Client Service within the Information Technology and Telecommunication Sector.
  • Experience defining process and procedures for calling, reporting, training and metrics.
  • Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
