Executive Assistant – support company owner/ tycoon


Our client is reputable pharmaceutical group across APAC region. They are currently looking for an Executive Assistant with strong business sense to support the Chairman who based in Hong Kong.


  • Directly report to the Owner and responsible for executive secretarial duties and administrative support including daily management for business routines and be able to manage personal perspective.
  • Provide full spectrum of support by arranging and coordinating intensive travel schedule, taking minutes, business meeting, conference and appointments.
  • Prepare presentation materials, minutes and agenda for the conferences and upkeep of clients and supplies contact details.
  • Handle and manage various confidential correspondences, both incoming and outgoing emails and telephone calls.
  • Be able to assist and oversee varies corporate level documentation including financial reports and budget proposal as well as conducting management analysis and interpret operating results.


  • 4 to 5 years working experiences in supporting senior management gained from MNC/  banking and financial institutions.
  • Able to work independently with good time management and strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Flexible, punchy, detail-minded, responsible and self initiative.
  • Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Immediately available is preferred.
