Administrative Assistant/EA/PA (35K – 40K)


Summary:

Our client is a well established UK private equity firm, they are now they are expanding the Asia operation and on the look out of professional Administrative Assistant/ EA for the regional office here in Hong Kong.  This role will be suitable for an optimistic individual that experienced in MNC/ banking and professional services industry. It is a great opportunity to work in a multicultural working environment with westernized culture. 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle hectic and complex calendars; consistently reviews calendar for changes, continually monitors and handles conflicts
  • Manage and facilitate the meeting room bookings as well as keeping the tidiness
  • To provide secretarial support to 6 Partners (expats), arrange meetings, phone calls, VCs and “expenses”, travel arrangements  (i.e. tickets, hotels)
  • Office admin support i.e. ordering stationery, pantry supplies, take care of conference room, ad-hoc errands, couriers,
  • Assist with projects, event planning, meetings and other responsibilities that come your way
  • Handling incoming mail and incoming phone calls, arranging courier services, including incoming and outgoing mails.
  • Collecting and checking internal staffs’ expense claims to prepare monthly expenses report for Finance Department.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years relevant working experiences in MNC, banking/financial institutions and other professional service firms.
  •  Able to work independently with good time management and strong communication skills.
  • Attention to details with pleasant and cheerful personality; customer-oriented, punchy, detail-minded and self initiative.
  • Very strong command in both spoken and written English
  • Overseas educated is preferred.
