Receptionist - International law firm HK$18-20K (immediately available)


Summary:

My client is a stable and reputable international law firm in Central; they are currently seeking for a Receptionist to join them.


Responsibilities:

You will report to the Office Manager in HK and your daily duties will include:

  • Full spectrum of Receptionist, such as being the first point of contact for all clients /visitors
  • Maintaining a booking schedule for meeting rooms
  • Answering phone enquiries and transferring calls to the responsible
  • Assisting Client Catering team to provide catering service to meetings, conferences and events
  • Handling general office administrations
  • Support secretaries with bills and travel arrangements
  • Any other ad hoc duties if required


Requirements:

The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:

  • 2-3 years of Receptionist experience from a professional environment, highly prefer candidate with law firm experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proactive and a highly motivated attitude
  • Good command of spoken Cantonese and English and Mandarin
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Immediately available candidates will be a plus
