Client Coordinator – International law firm


Summary:

This is an excellent opportunity to join a prestigious international law firm as a Client Coordinator to provide catering assistance to clients/visitors to the office and ensuring areas are clean and well kept.

Responsibilities

The main duties will include:

  • Providing catering assistance to clients and visitors
  • Ensuring meeting rooms and office pantry are clean and tidy at all times
  • Ensuring pantry is stocked, clean and well kept
  • Assistant with selecting and ordering catering for events

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  •  Good command of spoken Chinese and English, spoken Mandarin is a plus
  • Work experience in large corporation or hospitality industry
  • Proactive and able to take initiative
  • Can work independently
  • Immediately available candidates are highly preferred
