Office Assistant (Temp contract) – Law Firm immediate start! $10-12K


Summary:

Our client is a US medium-sized law firm in central. They are currently looking for an Office Assistant to support their office in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

Your duties will include the following:

  • Internal & external documents delivery
  • Support general office maintenance, including water change, paper filling and office materials movement
  • Admin duties such as photocopying, binding, scanning
  • Keep pantry and meeting rooms clean and tidy
  • Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned 

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of Office Assistant experience
  • Candidates who have worked in a law firm before will have an advantage
  • Good spoken English and Cantonese
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to work in a team
  • Immediately available will be highly preferred
