Receptionist (up to $25K) - International law firm


My client is a stable and reputable international law firm in Central; they are currently seeking for a Receptionist to join their team.


As a Receptionist, you will report to the Office Administration Manager and your daily duties will include:

  • Being the first point of contact for all clients and visitors
  • Provide full reception support to the Hong Kong office
  • Maintaining a booking schedule for meeting rooms
  • Answering phone enquiries and transferring calls to the responsible
  • Issuing office/lift access cards for visitors
  • Booking taxis for visitors/clients
  • Assisting Client Catering team to provide catering service to meetings, conferences and events
  • Any other ad hoc duties


  • 2-5 years of Receptionist experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proactive and a highly motivated attitude
  • Good command of spoken Chinese and English and Mandarin
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Immediately available candidates will be consider first
