Senior HR Officer/HRBP – IT Recruitment


Summary:

My client is a well known financial institution, is looking for a Senior HR Officer with solid recruitment experience to join their HK office headquarter. You work as a key member of the HR team, the incumbent will be responsible for providing day-to-day quality HR services.

You will work closely with line managers to provide one-stop professional HR services including but not limited to end-to-end recruitment, staff services, staff engagement activities,  training & development and prepare analysis reports for management review, as well as support other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Manage employee benefits programmes for Hong Kong and East Asia offices and work with local HRs on benefit reviews, including pension scheme. Assist in salary surveys and market benchmarking, and HR projects implementation and roll-out

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related disciplines; with minimum 4 years or above relevant working experience as a HR Generalist from banking or financial institutions;
  • Candidates with strong recruitment experience in financial industry are highly preferred;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, detail-minded, well-organized with strong sense of responsibility;
  • Good command of written English and Chinese is a must;
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Human Resources Officer
