Assistant General Manager - Hospitality (New opening)

Our client is a large organization and stable organization in Hong Kong. For a new project/ opening, they are currently recruiting an Assistant  General Manager.

This role will be the person to take the lead on the pre-opening and daily operations, and will be ideal for a seasoned professional to take up this new project  which provides high autonomy

Job Responsibility:

  • Prepare and develop business models, strategic plan & execution plan for operation, admission, promotion, management of the building and facilities
  • Prepare documents for selection / appointment of consultants / suppliers / service providers and follow up on subsequent management and monitoring of their performance;
  • Develop marketing plan, work closely with the team on branding and positioning. Reach target audience using different channels
  • Develop and manage Sales strategies, work closely with tenants and corporation
  • Overlook daily operations

Job requirements

  • Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing
  • 10 Years experience in hospitality operation , business management from hotels, service apartments or related industry
  • Experience in new opening will be beneficial
  • Analytical, strong business acumen and financials
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese
