Job description
Our client is a sizable retail company with strong global presence. Due to their continuous expansion, they are now seeking for an Accountant/Senior Accountant to join their team.
Responsibilities:
Supervise a small team and responsible for all payments and expenditures, including purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
Maintaining historical records
Paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit
Responding to vendor enquiries regarding finance
Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports
Continuing to improve the payment process
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or relevant disciplines
Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience gained
Proficient in ERP system and MS excel
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Good team player, ability to multi-task and prioritize different requests
Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
