AVP - E-Banking Customer Services - Transaction

Our client is a foreign corporate bank seeking an AVP - E-Banking Customer Services - Transaction Banking candidate.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Customer Support ("CS") team proactively, and focus on customer servicing within e-banking under Transaction Banking.
Assist in expanding transaction business in Hong Kong through various measures and collaborate with colleagues in other regions.
Support the head of CS in planning and managing the team to achieve GTBD's business targets and KPIs, ensuring a balanced approach to promotions, system development, customer support, and compliance with regulatory issues.
Ensure timely and effective support for our customers.
Mentor junior staff to help them meet departmental and corporate objectives.
Provide insights and suggestions based on observations as the responsible person for operations, systems, and compliance within our department.
Independently take necessary actions to negotiate with stakeholders, particularly on operational, system, and compliance issues.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
Experience in the Corporate / Transaction Banking sector, with a background in coaching.
In-depth professional knowledge of transaction business and systems.
Strong client-facing skills, business promotion abilities, and problem-solving capabilities.
Effective communication skills and proficiency in stakeholder management.
